** Regional Sales Manager-San Diego **
Description: Recruitment #2017-001 The Regional Sales Manager (RSM), through personal leadership and management, is responsible for maintaining corporate efficiency and profitability by: developing, implementing, and consistently reviewing regional strategies and objectives aligned with specific and overall corporate goals; ensuring regional sales initiatives drive Company performance to the stated goals and objectives; determining the timely, profitable, and effective allocation of all resources; maintaining expenditures within both monthly and annual budgetary guidelines; developing skilled and capable employees who accept responsibility and accountability, are self-managing, committed to the organization’s culture and goals and consistently performing at or above standards; and minimizing employee and business risks to the Company. In addition, the RSM will maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge of the regional industry being capable of identifying and communicating to the VP of Sales and/or EVP regarding potential business opportunities and activities, potential threats to the business or weaknesses within the organization, recommendations for improvement and advancement of the Company’s goals and will advise the VP of Sales and/or EVP regarding strategic regional business development and key corporate regional planning issues. 1. ** Marketing Representative Delivery Coordinator-Bay Area **
Description: This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development and is responsible for providing support by coordinating with the Regional Manager and consultants to prioritize and manage the marketing to our Credit Union partners and the delivery of sold vehicles and trade-in vehicles as required. Core duties and responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to the following: provide ongoing training as needed or if requested by the Credit Union partners, provide credit union industry support including, but not limited to attending industry trade shows, chapter meetings, credit union community events and more; develop current business relationships ensuring client satisfaction while generating leads and new revenue streams; provide outstanding service to new and existing clients including helping to develop ideas for promotional opportunities; assist consultants in the delivery of our products and services including new and used vehicles; conduct appraisals in the field, which involves photographing and recording vehicle condition as well as test driving the potential trades and then submitting findings to the consultants to obtain bids; and prepare required reports and paperwork following each transaction.

Description This is a commission based sales position with a monthly guarantee. Compensation up to $70,000+ based on performance. DESCRIPTION We are seeking motivated salespeople with a passion for providing excellent service and the desire to succeed. With two weeks paid training and mentors to guide you in the field afterwards, you will be provided the tools to achieve your financial and personal goals. As a sales consultant you will negotiate on behalf of your credit union members the purchase of both new and pre-owned vehicles through our network of dealer partners. Your objective is to provide excellent customer service delivering cars, facilitating trade-in vehicles and sharing with members our suite of highly sought aftermarket products.


Consultant Responsibilities: Coordinates and processes a transaction from beginning to end by facilitating the steps of the sale. Communicates effectively both in-person and over the phone to ascertain members wants and needs. Enters new member data and other sales data for deals into computer database. Uses the internet to source vehicles from dealer partner’s inventory. Negotiates competitive purchase prices and trade-in bids for members. Converts leads into sales in order to meet or exceed monthly performance metrics. Prepares and presents delivery paperwork. Builds and maintains strong relationships with Credit Union partners. Markets weekly to Credit Union branches within territory both in person and via email to support Credit Union marketing programs and account activities. Travels periodically to Regional Sales Meetings and Semi-Annual Corporate meetings.


Requirements: 3+ year’s retail sales experience desired, sales training and mentoring is provided.  3+ years verifiable professional work history. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and background. Knowledge of internet software, Microsoft Outlook, E-mail, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software, Contact Management systems and preferred experience with ADP. Ability to write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
